1. CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
In an effort to deliver shipments as quickly as possible, we unfortunately, cannot modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. This also includes changes to shipping address & shipping methods.
2. HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE TO CHECKOUT?
If you have a promo code, you can enter it on the checkout page in the “Coupon Code” field. Enter the code exactly how it appears & apply!

4. DOES VITALLEA OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS?
Refrigerated Shipping charges within the UAE are as follows:
- 25AED Flat Fee charge within Dubai
- 50AED Flat Fee charge within Abu Dhabi
- 75AED Flat Fee charge for the rest of the UAE
- Free delivery on orders above 500 AED anywhere in the UAE
5. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?
When you place your order, we are doing everything we can to ship as fast as we can. Orders typically require 1-2 business days to process and ship. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll ship your order out on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships out.

7. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING & HANDLING COST FOR GCC AND MIDDLE EAST COUNTRIES?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout & will vary depending on the number of items purchased. UAE & GCC customers are responsible for the shipping fees, duty and taxes associated with the importation of their orders.
8. CAN I RETURN A NON-DOMESTIC SHIPMENT?
No, Vitallea does not accept return items or exchange of goods except in the case Items were delivered to customer in error by which Vitallea will replace the item as per the order and pay for the shipping charges both ways. Before returning any products please contact us at info@Vitallea.com. If product is open, used or there is any visible damage to the exterior of the product, it is no more liable for exchange. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
9. WHAT IS VITALLEA RETURN POLICY?
Vitallea does not accept returns.
